as I don't read a lot of instructions, I put the battery in, attached it to it's power supply, waited till it was fully loaded (which was amazingly fast) and
turned in ON - it guides you through the initial set-up process
Steps:
- find your wireless network (ok this I knew how to do)
- type in the password of your wireless network - OMG, where do I find this??? - after 90 minutes of desperate searching I finally looked UNDER my modem - yes, there it was
- login with you gmail/ google account (and do NOT start a guest session - these don't have any admin privileges at all)
- enjoy :-) - Chrome synchronizes EVERYTHING (ok mostly everything) of the settings you have in your Chrome-Browser on your "big" PC/ Schleppi
- and *happydance* my wireless mice (Logitech and HP) DO work with the Acer Chromebook, without having to install any software
